At Sri Ram Exporters, we strive to provide high-quality agricultural, food, and export products to customers worldwide. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to handle all return and refund requests fairly and transparently.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Sample Orders

Sample products are offered to help buyers evaluate product quality before placing larger commercial orders.

Due to the nature of export samples, sample orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Product lost during transit

  • Significant quality issues attributable to Sri Ram Exporters

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and supporting evidence.

3. Bulk & Commercial Orders

Bulk export orders are generally non-returnable due to international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and food safety considerations.

Refunds, replacements, or compensation may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product supplied

  • Significant shortage in quantity delivered

  • Product quality materially differs from agreed specifications

  • Shipment damaged due to improper packaging attributable to Sri Ram Exporters

Claims relating to bulk orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within:

  • 48 hours for sample orders

  • 7 days for bulk orders

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs and/or videos showing the problem

Our team will review the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before shipment

  • Product unavailable after payment

  • Verified shipping loss

  • Approved quality-related claim

  • Incorrect product supplied

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Sri Ram Exporters.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • Domestic Transactions: 5–10 Business Days

  • International Transactions: 7–15 Business Days

Actual processing times may vary depending on banks, card issuers, and payment service providers.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after shipment

  • Delays caused by customs authorities

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Minor natural variations in color, aroma, texture, or appearance of agricultural products

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Opened, consumed, or partially used sample products unless a verified quality issue exists

8. International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations applicable in their destination country.

Sri Ram Exporters shall not be responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, inspections, or restrictions imposed by foreign authorities.
